Ancestry research – 1851 census shows Daniel Evans Vicar of St Keverne, living at Talland vicarage, with daughter Maria Hocken, wife of Charles Hocken, vicar of Talland.
Evans, the aged Vicar of St Keveme resides with Hocker, his son-in-law, at the vicarage of Talland, from which distant parish the spire of St Keveme is visible in a clear day.
