Will of William Sargent, Yeoman of Talland, dated 24 April 1805. PROB 11/1424/237 National Archives. Will has been transcribed; his wife Jane should have two hundred pounds and his “best bed” and his three sons, Isaac, George and Benedictus should ” share and shae alike”.
