Jonathan Bawden (1740-1783) married Anna Tucket (1746-1814), of West Looe, on 6 March 1769, at Talland. Jonathan was buried near his son Charles Bawden (1768-1773). His Will was written on 20 June 1783 including family names of his wife and three children, Samuel Bawden, Sarah who married Robert Treffry, a wine merchant and Esther who married Philip Cookworthy Prideaux, a timber merchant.
