Memorial Verse

Married at Talland Church 29 October 1752 – Richard Batten & Joan Taprell

Joan Batten made a Will on 7th January 1804, bequeathing under £100 to her son John Batten, a fisherman from Lansallos; parish records have transcribed the burial date incorrectly. Burial should read 2 January 1805.
