Incised with winged angel’s head, an outstretched hand reaches heavenwards with doves in flight; 
finger pointing to hour glass and figure blowing an arrow through a heart.

In Prime of Life moƒt suddenly. Sad tidings to relate
Here view my utter deƒtiny, and pity my ƒad fate.
I, by a Shot, which rapid flew,
Was Instantly Struck dead,
Lord pardon the offender who
My Previous Blood did shed,
Grant him to reƒt and forgive me
For all I’ve done amiƒs
